Interserve Working Futures implement and maintain rigorous policies across the areas of Quality Improvement, Health & Safety and Equality and Diversity. They are embedded across the business with an organisational commitment to delivering training and employer support to the very highest standards. Our work is evaluated regularly through questionnaires, focus groups and feedback from across our stakeholder groups.
External Complaints Procedure
We strive to deliver a high quality service to our customers, employers and partners across all of our programmes. However we recognise that we don't always get it right and therefore we welcome complaints or comments in order that we can adapt and improve our service. We want to ensure we continue to deliver our commitment to delivering high quality training and development and we recognise the crucial role our employers and external partners play in helping us achieve this aim. If you have an external complaint, comment or compliment about any aspect of our service please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All complaints, comments or compliments are reported to our Continuous Improvement Team and entered into our complaints log. Your complaint, comment or compliment will be forwarded within 24 hours to the relevant departmental head and we will contact you within 10 working days to discuss any complaints in greater detail. In addition to this our Continuous Improvement Team review the complaints log on a quarterly basis so that we can monitor any trends and look at wider ways of improving our service.
Customer Complaints Procedure
Due to sizeable programmes we deliver, we operate a separate complaints procedure for customers. Please follow the steps in our 'Customer Complaints Procedure' so that we can direct any compliments, comments or complaints to the right person.
